<h2>Machine Operation:</h2>
<p>EZ Blister II uses 3 stages of operation to make blister packs:</p>
<p><strong>1. Forming</strong><br />Blister pack trays are formed automatically from pre-cut pieces.</p>
<p><strong>2. Sealing and Coding</strong><br />The separate formed trays are sealed automatically using pre-cut lidding foil. Batch codes are also embossed at this stage. EZ Blister II can be supplied with a vacuum flushing chamber for sealing blisters under a vacuum or inert gas, if required.</p>

<h2>Tooling</h2>
<p>A set of custom tooling is required for each different blister format. Sepha can assist with your blister design. Tools are slotted into tool holders. To change between forming, sealing and cutting operations, the operator simply uses the patented quick release lever. The tool-less changeover takes less than 2 minutes.</p>
