Machine Operation

1. The operator manually places each blisterpack into the pack holder.
2. The operator pushes in the pack holder. A partial cut is made automatically in the lidding material around each pocket.
3. The contents are then emptied gently and separated from the waste material.

Tooling

Only 2 single custom plates are needed for each different blister pack format. Tool-less changeover takes approximately 1 minute.
