Machine Operation

1. Blisterpacks are fed automatically from the magazine stack to a cutting station.
2. A partial cut is made in the lidding material around the base of each blister pocket.
3. The tablets or capsules are gently eased out of the blisters and collected separately from the waste packaging.
4. The mechanism is designed for jam-free operation.

Tooling

Custom tooling is supplied for each different pack size. Changeover takes about 5 minutes.
