The Press-Out Semi Automatic
deblistering machine is the latest addition to the Sepha
product range. The machine belongs to the Press-Out
Manual family. In addition to all the benefits of the
Press-Out Manual Wide, it also has the following advantages:
Features of SEPHA's PRESS-OUT SEMI-AUTOMATIC:

by a single phase electrical motor which runs continuously
when packs are fed

deblister packs with a diagonal/offset layout up to 170mm wide
Integrated safety features such as a blister pack feed sensor
which activates the roller mechanism only when a pack is
placed over it

PVC/alu as well as alu/alu blisters
Fully cGMP and easily cleaned
No air supplies

The Press-Out Semi Automatic has only one adjustable set of
change parts and can be set up for almost any blister pack up
to 170mm wide. It is ideal for small batches and saves
the fingers and joints by replacing hand deblistering. With very little practice, 40 packs per minute can be
recovered cleanly and hygienically.
